Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require a 24-hour notice for cancellations/changes to services scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, we will keep the 50% non-refundable deposit made to secure your appointment. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Shelly Champlin~Manicurist.
